INTRODUCTION

Hello and welcome to the story of a Greyhound Pup Web site.

My name is Graham, and I live in Essex, England, UK.

In January 2003, I decided that I would like to have my own racing Greyhound.

I did have a quarter share in one called HERE TO STAY ( pet name JOE ) in 1990 but he was retired in 1991, at about the age of three years due to lameness.

I took him home as a pet, were he stayed with us until he died aged 14 years. And he is sadly missed by the whole family.

I had not been Greyhound racing since his last race, and a lot has changed in the past 12 years.

It didn't take too long for me to find out that I could not afford to buy a good Greyhound that was already at racing age.

Looking in the classified section of the Racing Post on Thursday's, the type of dog that I was looking for were selling at between £4,000 and £25,000.

I only had £2,500 maximum to spend. So I decided to look for a Pup with good breeding.

And that is were the story of a greyhound pup begins

This web site is going to be updated over the months and hopefully years of this pups racing life
